By creating an account or using Black94 in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Black94.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You may sign in with a phone number, email, or a supported third-party provider (such as Google). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your profile, posts, and associated data from our systems, subject to the retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the posts, articles, photos, comments, and other content you create ("Your Content"). By posting on Black94, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the app (for example, showing it in feeds, notifications, and search). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with others (such as a message already delivered) or copies kept briefly for backup or legal purposes.
You agree not to: post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes someone else's rights; impersonate another person; spam or manipulate engagement metrics; attempt to access another user's account; reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the app; or use Black94 to violate any applicable law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Anonymous Chat lets you message under a masked identity. "Anonymous" means your display identity is hidden from other users in that feature - it does not mean your activity is untraceable to us, and the same Acceptable Use rules in Section 4 apply in full. We may act on reports of abuse in Anonymous Chat the same way we do anywhere else in the app.
If you list or purchase products through Black94's Shop feature, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for fulfilling orders you accept. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers; Black94 is not a party to the underlying sale between buyer and seller and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Black94 if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety of the community. You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
Black94 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Black94 and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app before the changes take effect. Continued use of Black94 after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
