This page explains, specifically, how Black94 handles accounts belonging to minors, what age-related information we collect, and what protections are actually in place. It supplements our main Privacy Policy rather than replacing it.
Black94 is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account. If we become aware that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will remove it.
Every new account is asked for its date of birth immediately after signing up, before reaching the rest of the app. This is used solely to determine whether an account is treated as belonging to a minor (under 18) - it is never shown on your profile or shared with other users.
Accounts identified as belonging to a minor have the following restrictions, enforced directly at the database level rather than only hidden in the app's interface:
If your child (or you, on their behalf) encounters abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior anywhere in Black94, it can be reported directly from within the app. Reports are sent for review, along with relevant recent message context where applicable.
A parent or guardian can request to review or delete their child's account and associated data at any time by emailing black94.admin@gmail.com, or by using the account deletion page. Please include your child's Black94 username so the account can be located.
We do not knowingly sell children's personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Questions about this policy, or concerns about a specific child's account, can be sent to black94.admin@gmail.com.
